We should not criminalize all Mexican immigrants because of the actions of some. Criminalizing poor Mexicans looking for work is the problem, not the solution.
Let's not forget that nearly every patriarch in the Bible was an immigrant. The Bible leaves almost no room for interpreting the implication:
The alien living with you must be treated as one of your native-born. Love him as yourself, for you were aliens in Egypt. I am the LORD your God. Leviticus 19:34
