- Quized access to child's computer: Child must answer age appropriate questions before accessing their cell or computer. Questions could be about specific subjects, the bible/koran, current events, etc.
- Start a group blog: A group of passionate know-it-alls could raise a little extra cash maintaining a informational site commenting on their favorite site for a specific audience.

- Invest in commodities like oil and gold
- Buy land on the fringes of cities to capitalize on urban sprawl or
- Buy blighted property on bus/train routes to capitalize on a shift to public transportation
