Obama does better against McCain in swing states and leads in late deciding superdelegates
Interesting analysis by Bloomberg. Clinton won critical swing states, but, in polls, Obama does better against McCain in those same states. Its an interesting twist, that mostly reflects the number of independents that would not consider Clinton.
Another interesting part of the analysis is that, while a large number of delegates sided with Clinton before the primaries started, Obama has beaten her in superdelegate decisions 53-12 since Iowa and 9-1 since March 5th. This lead in late deciding delegates is the most significant since late deciding superdelegates will decide the party's nominee.
